Illustrations are beautiful but poetry could be much improved - I found reading the book to 6-9 year olds quite clumsy.
Lovely story with beautiful illustrations that simplifies a difficult to understand sensory disability. My 6 year old enjoyed reading the book and discussing the themes raised. Great to teach children about patience and acceptance.

A very sweet story that also teaches children that sometimes there are others who may not look the same as us but are just like us and we shouldn’t judge them.
