Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Terms
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you may request a return or refund in accordance with this policy and the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA).

You may log a return request within 7 (seven) days of delivery if you change your mind, provided the product is unused, in its original packaging, and all tags, seals and labels are intact.

If a product is defective, damaged on delivery, not reasonably suitable for the purpose for which it was generally intended, or does not match the description on our website, you must notify us within 6 (six) months of delivery. We will inspect the item and, if we confirm that it is defective, you may choose a repair, replacement, or refund, as provided for in the CPA.

Certain items (including, without limitation, perishable goods, intimate apparel, personal care items, and customised or made‑to‑order products) are not eligible for return unless they are defective in terms of the CPA.

Unless the return is due to our error or a defect as contemplated in the CPA, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the product to us. We may, at our discretion, offer to arrange collection and deduct the courier fee from your refund.

Refunds (where approved) will be processed using the original method of payment within 10–14 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned goods. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit your statutory rights under the laws of the Republic of South Africa, including the CPA. If there is any conflict between this policy and applicable law, the provisions of such law will prevail.
